VIDEO: Storm and Flooding in Several European Countries

A storm and flooding have affected several European countries. In Hamburg, Germany, water levels have risen 3.3 meters above normal, while coastal areas of the Netherlands have been inundated.

Heavy rains fell yesterday in Northern Europe, Belgium, and the Netherlands, resulting in two fatalities due to the flooding. Footage of the events is circulating online.

Earlier, authorities had warned about the threat of severe flooding in Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt, and Bavaria.
