Video: Heavy Snow and Blizzard Conditions on Roads in Shirak

Drivers are urged to travel only when absolutely necessary and to use winter tires. This information comes from the Shirak regional administration.

It has been reported that heavy snow and blizzard conditions continue across all regions of the area, with visibility dropping to as low as 50 meters in some sections.

"The international, republican, and regional roads in Armenia are open, but travel is difficult. Some sections of the roads are covered with black ice or compacted snow. The companies responsible for road maintenance are working at full capacity to clear and treat the drivable sections," the statement noted.
