The Mediterranean Sea could be blocked if the United States continues to commit "crimes" in the Gaza Strip. This statement was made by General Mohammad Reza Nagdi, the deputy commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. His words were reported by TASS.

"If the United States and its allies continue their crimes in the Gaza Strip, they will witness the emergence of new resistance forces and the closure of maritime routes that are still accessible to them," he said. Nagdi did not specify who could organize and how the blockade of the Mediterranean Sea would be carried out.
