Substance Resembling Heroin Found Concealed in Prayer Book
On December 20, at around 14:40, the security staff of the Vanadzor Correctional Facility of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia conducted a search of a parcel brought for prisoner A.A. by citizen L.H.
Within the prayer book included in the parcel, a card was discovered, which contained a brown substance resembling heroin, concealed in a polyethylene bag. L.H. was arrested by the staff of the Vanadzor Correctional Facility and was subsequently presented to the Lory Regional Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia along with the discovered substance.
