The Minister noted that they have heard the concerns of fishermen and are currently investigating them. “It is natural that the state has clear obligations in all areas, and it is important to understand which parts have been fulfilled and which have not, and to ensure their fulfillment. However, we are also investigating the other aspect related to the actions of law enforcement agencies. After the comprehensive investigation, we will present clear recommendations, and if necessary, we will provide specific evaluations related to various state bodies,” she said.

In response to a reporter's observation about whether it has been clarified why the beret-wearing forces entered the village and immediately arrested the villagers, Manasyan stated, “We have currently listened to the citizens and have merely conducted verbal communications with state bodies, but we need to obtain information from state agencies to provide a clear evaluation. We have not received any written information.”

It should be noted that since early yesterday morning, police forces were concentrated along the Yerevan-Sevan highway. Specifically, in the framework of combating illegal fishing, law enforcement seized fish, while fishermen from Noratus staged protests by blocking the highway.
