Injured Heads, Removed Eyes: Dead Puppies Found Near Trash Bins

On November 20, a resident of Charentsi Street in Armavir city alerted the police about dead puppies found near the trash bins, bloody and with injured heads and removed eyes. This information was reported by the Police.

It was reported that an operational group dispatched from the department discovered the tortured puppies at the mentioned site.

A criminal case has been initiated by the Armavir Regional Investigative Department regarding the incident.

"Criminal investigators from the Armavir department, following operational and investigative measures, established that the cruel treatment of the animals was carried out by a 42-year-old resident of Khankyan village in Armavir province. On December 20, he was presented at the Armavir police station, where he confessed to the act. The 42-year-old man and the compiled documents have been submitted to the Armavir Regional Investigative Department, and he has provided a confession statement," the message states.

It is noted that the circumstances are being clarified.
