If I Want to Forge a Document, I Can Do It Without 'Photoshop': Vladimir Vardanyan

During a meeting of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the procedure for electronically submitting electronic files to the court was discussed. Committee Chairman Vladimir Vardanyan pointed out several issues during the discussion of the topic.

Regarding the gaps in the issue, he stated, “I assure you, if I want to forge a document, I can do it without 'Photoshop'. With 'Photoshop', you can ascertain whether something has been forged through certain actions. With just 2-3 actions, I can produce a document that appears crumpled and torn in places, and no one would suspect that the numbers have been changed.”

“How do we guarantee the preservation of that original document? Who is it kept with? This is one of the most serious issues raised by the electronic system, which needs to be addressed,” Vardanyan emphasized, drawing the attention of those present to this matter.
