No Sand Bag Filled on Gyumri-Bayandur Road, Says Tumasyan
“This is the Gyumri-Bayandur road,” said Vahan Tumasyan, the head of the Shirak Center. “Not even a single sand bag has been filled,” he added.
He also posted photos along with his message on his Facebook page.
