Bankruptcy Court Judge Tigran Poladyan Arrested
A petition has been filed to arrest Bankruptcy Court Judge Tigran Poladyan as a preventive measure. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia.
Based on the court's decision, the petition has been granted.
It should be noted that earlier, by the decision of the Deputy Prosecutor General, public criminal proceedings were initiated against Judge T. P. for receiving bribes in particularly large amounts (under Article 435, Part 3, Item 2 and 3 of the Criminal Code).
The decision has been sent to the Anti-Corruption Committee, with charges brought against the judge. The judge has been arrested.
Furthermore, the Prosecutor General of Armenia submitted a petition on December 14, 2023, to the Supreme Judicial Council pursuant to Articles 51 and 161 of the constitutional law
