Russia Open to Negotiations with the U.S. but on Its Terms, Peskov
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has announced that Russia is open to negotiations with the United States, but on its own terms. President Putin is willing to work with anyone who understands the need to be more cautious in dealings with Russia and considers its concerns.
Putin would prefer a U.S. president who is more constructive towards Russia and recognizes the importance of dialogue. “The United States knows that Ukraine cannot win in the conflict,” Peskov stated.
