I enjoy eating omelets too. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a live communication with citizens.

“I recently spoke with the Minister of Agriculture and asked him about the egg situation. The minister said there are no issues. However, I told him that there are problems among the population; there is an egg shortage. I said, ‘I also enjoy eating omelets,’” said the President.

He noted that the demand for eggs has increased, but production has remained the same. The President promised that the situation would improve.
