Beglaryan Reveals Number of Confirmed Prisoners Still in Baku

In any case, it is good that 32 Armenians have returned to their homeland from Baku's captivity. However, at least 23 confirmed prisoners are still there. This was stated by former Prime Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, on his microblog.

“In any case, it is good that 32 Armenians have returned to their homeland from Baku's captivity. Nevertheless, at least 23 confirmed prisoners are still there. Of these, 14 are civilians who were captured both in 2020 and in 2023. I believe 20 of them are from Artsakh. They all must be released under international pressure,” he wrote.
