25 Road Incidents in One Day

From December 13 to 14, the subdivisions of the Police of the Republic of Armenia revealed 95 criminal cases, including 6 that occurred previously. This information was obtained from the summaries of operational reports of the Police.

In particular, the cases include 16 instances of causing bodily harm, 9 cases each of drug discovery and fraud, 8 cases of personal property theft, 5 cases of physical coercion, embezzlement of entrusted property, and hooliganism, 4 cases of psychological coercion, and 3 cases each of human trafficking, residential burglary, and bribery. There are also 2 cases each of robbery, money laundering, destruction or damage of property, public calls for violence, justification or propaganda of violence, and distribution of materials or objects for these purposes; as well as violations related to urgent intervention orders. Additionally, there is 1 case each of attempted murder, sexual violence, arms and ammunition seizure, failure to perform professional duties by a medical worker, drug trafficking, illegal logging of trees and shrubs, coercion to sexual acts, circulation of raw materials or products that do not comply with safety requirements, and violation of the inviolability of the home.

One person who was wanted has been identified, while 4 wanted individuals have voluntarily reported to the authorities.

There have been 6 cases of voluntary surrender of weapons and ammunition. Among the previously committed crimes, 2 cases of causing bodily harm, theft of personal property, and residential burglary have been resolved.

In the past day, 25 road incidents were registered in the republic, resulting in injuries of varying degrees for 34 individuals.
