The prisoner exchange will take place today at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in the Ijevan-Qazakh area. This was reported by the Azerbaijani news agency 'Turan,' citing its sources.
According to a joint statement from the offices of the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan will release 32 Armenian prisoners of war, while the Armenian side will free 2 Azerbaijani servicemen.
