“Aliyev Has Lied Again”: Former Prime Minister of Artsakh

Aliyev has lied again, claiming that there are no casualties or destruction among the civilian population as a result of the September aggression in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by former Minister of Foreign Affairs and former Prime Minister Artak Beglaryan on his microblog on X.

“In this case, at least 21 civilians have died, including 6 children, 7 elderly, and 2 women, as well as dozens of wounded,” he wrote, presenting an article from the BBC about the casualties.

“This BBC article is sufficient,” Beglaryan emphasized.
