Russian Presidential Elections to Be Held Over Three Days for the First Time
The Russian presidential elections will be held over three days for the first time, taking place from March 15 to 17, 2024, according to the Central Election Commission. Previously, it was reported that the Federation Council scheduled the presidential elections for March 17, 2024, and the chamber unanimously approved the resolution.
As stated by the speaker of the council, Valentina Matviyenko, this decision marks the start of the election campaign. She emphasized that the upcoming elections are a significant political event that will greatly determine the vector of Russia's development.
