This was stated by the ruling party deputy Arsen Torosyan in the National Assembly.

“The prevention of corruption and Haykuhi Hovhannisyan seem to be synonymous; that is the impression being created, individual-institution, but you are contradicting each other. If there were a candidate here who filled out their declaration with so many mistakes that it raises doubts about whether they even understand the matter or not, how would you treat that candidate?” said the ruling party deputy.

“The candidate has never received negative criticism. What I said absolutely stems from practice. Regarding the individual-institution formulation, I must note that I have personally contacted the media for pictures,” he responded.
