VIDEO: Cyclone 'Michaung' Rages in India, 17 Dead

At least 17 people have died in the southeastern Indian state of Tamil Nadu due to Cyclone 'Michaung'. Most fatalities occurred in the city of Chennai, which bore the brunt of the disaster, where individuals primarily drowned in low-lying areas and were struck by fallen power lines.
