Lars Completely Closed for Trucks

The Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway is fully closed for freight transport in both directions on the Gudauri-Kobi section due to heavy snowfall. The road is still open for light passenger vehicles, reported Vahan Hakobyan, the customs attaché of the Armenian Embassy in Russia.

Additionally, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia announced that the Military Road section from Vladikavkaz to Lars is temporarily closed for heavy-duty vehicles from December 6 at 02:20 until further notice due to weather conditions.
