Transport Collapse in Bavaria Due to Heavy Snowfall

Heavy snow has hit Bavaria, Germany. Air and rail transport in the region has been disrupted.

German residents are advised to postpone travel to and from Munich, according to the Deutsche Bahn operator. It is expected that the restrictions will last at least until nightfall.

Approximately 320 flights have been canceled at Munich Airport due to severe cold and heavy snowfall, affecting routes to Berlin, London, Toulouse, and other major cities in Germany.
