OSCE's Prospects Remain Uncertain: Lavrov

Russia sadly notes that the OSCE is in a deplorable condition, and the organization's prospects remain uncertain. This was stated by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Skopje.

"In less than a year, we will mark the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act. In this regard, I regret to note that the OSCE approaches this anniversary in a lamentable state, and its prospects remain uncertain," Lavrov stated at the OSCE Ministerial Council.
