Earlier, it was reported that Russia's Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared a bill proposing the establishment of a controlled residence regime in Russia for foreigners who do not have legal grounds for it. The changes could significantly complicate the lives of visitors by prohibiting their registration with legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, real estate transactions, buying and selling cars, opening bank accounts, making money transfers, and getting married.
