Video: Marine Animals in Sevastopol Struggle with Temperature Changes, Death Toll Reaches 800
The number of dead marine animals at the aquarium-museum in Sevastopol has risen to 800. Reports indicate that strong winds have disturbed the roof's ventilation system, causing cold seawater to flood the facility. As a result, the animals could not withstand the temperature changes. The director of the establishment told media that workers were unable to save all the creatures.
Currently, the aquarium-museum is closed as staff members are attempting to pump out the water. It has been reported that the exact number of dead animals is still unclear. Earlier, it was reported that over 500 marine animals had died at the Sevastopol marine aquarium-museum.
