Video: Black Sea Overflows in Turkey
In Turkey, heavy rains and strong winds have caused the Black Sea to overflow its banks. The flow of water has swept away vehicles passing along the roads. Earlier reports indicated that torrential rains and powerful winds had flooded several cities in Turkey, resulting in casualties and injuries.
