Humanitarian Aid Trucks Enter Gaza for the First Time Since Ceasefire Began
Humanitarian aid trucks have started to enter the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing from Egypt, marking the first time since the ceasefire came into effect, reports the Egyptian Al Qahera News channel.
On Friday morning at 07:00 local time, a four-day ceasefire commenced between the Israeli army and the Palestinian Hamas movement governing Gaza. So far, neither side has accused the other of violating the ceasefire.
On this day, it is planned for 200 aid trucks to enter Gaza. “The aid trucks have begun to arrive in the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing,” the channel stated in its announcement.
