Reporter of 'Russia 24' Killed by UAV Strike in Zaporizhzhia
Boris Maksudov, a correspondent for the Russian channel 'Russia 24', has died from injuries sustained in a drone strike in the Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by television presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
“At six in the morning, our colleague Boris Maksudov died on the road to Dzhankoy. He died from his injuries. They were fighting for his life,” he said during a broadcast of 'Solovyov Live'.
Maksudov was working in the area of the military special operation. Solovyov also mentioned that Maksudov had been working in the area of the special military operation from day one and had filmed numerous reports from Donetsk.
The leader of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, and the chairman of the Crimean State Council, Vladimir Konstantinov, expressed their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased journalist.
