Hunting Bullets Found, They Were Mixed: Vardan Ayvazyan

Hunting bullets have been found, they have been mixed, says Vardan Ayvazyan, former member of the National Assembly and former Minister of Environment, in an interview with MediaHub, regarding the prosecutor's statement about the illegal ammunition discovered in his home.

“This is a part of the case initiated regarding the events of November 9, 2020, which was recently closed. The ammunition was found during a search at my house after those events. It was related to the case concerning the beating of Ararat Mirzoyan in 2020; that case has been closed. However, during the search, several rounds of ammunition for a hunting rifle were found at home, and the case was sent to court,” he stated.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, the prosecutor's office released a statement regarding the criminal proceedings involving Vardan Ayvazyan, which is being investigated by the investigative department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia. According to the statement, Vardan Ayvazyan has been illegally storing ammunition at his home, and the case initiated regarding this has already been sent to court with an accusatory conclusion.
