Video: Are You Really This Incomprehensible, Zaroqyan Asks Avinyan

"You are allocating 2 million dollars for lavish decorations for the New Year, claiming it's to bring joy to children. But those same children lack soap and toilet paper in schools," said Pedro Zaroqyan, a member of the 'National Progress' faction during a Yerevan city council meeting.

“Are you making such a decision to ruin the future generation, or are you really this incomprehensible?” Zaroqyan asked.

Mayor Tigran Avinyan urged caution in the phrasing used.
