UN Agency and WHO Depart Gaza at Israel's Request
The UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East and the World Health Organization have ceased their operations in the Gaza Strip and left the enclave. This was reported by Al Arabiya television.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, global entities have complied with Israel's call to evacuate the territory. Earlier, it was reported that Israeli troops had captured the Gaza parliament and taken group photos at the building's podium. Since 2007, only members of the Hamas group have met in the legislative council building.
Latter, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant announced that Hamas has also lost control over Gaza.
