VIDEO: New Footage Released from Etna Volcano Eruption

New footage has been released online capturing the moment of the Etna volcano eruption on the island of Sicily, Italy. Earlier reports indicated that, according to the Italian National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, Mount Etna erupted on the island of Sicily.

It is worth noting that Etna is the most active volcano in Europe. On August 14, operations at Catania Airport were temporarily suspended due to the eruption of Mount Etna. Passengers were asked to arrive at the airport only after consulting with their airlines.

Previously, a new island had emerged following an underwater volcanic eruption in Japan.
