Those Who Have Not Yet Applied for the 40+10 Thousand Dram Social Assistance Program Can Apply Now
The Ministry of Social Affairs has published a guideline for submitting online applications for the 40+10 thousand dram social assistance program for November and the following months. For displaced persons from Artsakh living in temporary accommodations, support for housing and utility expenses is provided through this program. Applications for the November and subsequent months can be submitted at www.socservice.am under the "Online Applications" submenu, clicking on the button for "Social Assistance Program for Residents of Temporary Accommodation for Displaced Persons from Nagorno-Karabakh."
The sequence of steps for submitting an application is as follows:
STEP 1. Enter the specified link: https://rent.socservice.am
STEP 2. In the "Personal Data" section, you must fill in the number of your identification document, for example, the public services number. Then, enter the beneficiary's first and last name and click the green button for personal data identification. If the individual meets the program’s mandatory conditions, the system will automatically verify the applicant’s details.
STEP 3. Next, you must enter a phone number and email address. The type and number of the identification document will be automatically populated in the "Identification Document Details" field.
STEP 4. In the "Residential Address" section, you need to specify the region, community, settlement, street, type of building (private house, apartment, other), and the building number; if necessary, include the apartment number and postal code.
STEP 5. In the "Utility Services" section, write the subscriber number for the Armenian electricity networks (which consists of 7 digits). Then indicate whether there are other individuals residing at the same address. If the answer is "Yes," click the "Next" button. If the answer is "No," proceed to Step 7.
STEP 6. On the next page, you must fill in the "Family Member Information" following the same principle. Then indicate the family relationship of the mentioned person (i.e., whether the individual referred to above is the applicant’s child, parent, or another person). If necessary, the system will prompt you to "attach a document" button, where you should upload the child’s birth certificate or documentation confirming custody or guardianship. If the applicant is not the child’s parent, guardian, or custodian, the application will not be verified.
STEP 7. To process the application, it is mandatory to select either "I agree" or "I do not agree" regarding the following question: "I and my family members agree to provide the presented data to a third party cooperating with the Ministry of Social Affairs for the purpose of receiving social assistance for displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh."
Click the "CONFIRM" button. After successfully entering the application, a notification that the application has been successfully submitted will appear on the screen along with the application number.
NOTE: The application for a minor must be completed by a parent (guardian or custodian). Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Identification details must be filled out in accordance with the details of the identification document.
