US Soldiers May Participate in Israeli Military Operations, Expert Says

The presence of American special forces in the Middle East indicates the possibility of US involvement in Israel's military operations, military expert Viktor Litovkin told Izvestia in an interview.

He commented on the announcement regarding the arrival of US units in Israel, noting that the Americans have brought two carrier strike groups and that the US provides material support to Israel, allocating $4 billion annually for weapon purchases.

Litovkin emphasized that he would not be surprised if the participation of American soldiers in the military operations is confirmed.

It should be recalled that US special forces have arrived in Israel to assist the country's authorities in locating hostages.
