Israel Warns of Intent to Strike Al-Quds Hospital in Gaza

The management of the Al-Quds hospital, operated by the Palestinian Red Crescent, has received a warning from Israeli military forces regarding their intent to strike the facility. The hospital is currently sheltering approximately 400 patients, alongside around 12,000 residents who have fled there to escape ongoing bombardments in the Gaza Strip.

According to a statement released by the Palestinian Red Crescent on their X social media account, "The Al-Quds hospital has received an order from the Israeli military for immediate evacuation, as they plan to attack the facility."

In addition to the 400 patients, there are now 12,000 residents who have taken refuge at the hospital due to the relentless airstrikes in the Gaza region. Reports from the Gaza Civil Defense indicate that after a partial restoration of communications in the enclave, rescue teams have begun receiving messages requesting assistance from 20 different locations that were simultaneously bombarded.
