A few days ago, a photo circulated online showing members of the National Assembly's Civil Contract faction Andranik Kocharyan, Gurgen Arsenyan, and former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh Samvel Babayan walking through the streets of Yerevan, smiling and chatting.

Today, ArmLur.am attempted to ask Samvel Babayan about the reason for their apparent joy. In response to the journalist's inquiry, however, Samvel Babayan struck the journalist's microphone.
