Preparations for Ground Operations in the Gaza Strip: IDF

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) continue to prepare for new steps within the framework of military operations carried out in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by gazeta.ru, citing the Israeli army's press service.

“The IDF is preparing for the next phase of the war, including ground operations,” the report states. According to the press service, in recent days, the command of the Israel Defense Forces has confirmed plans to expand the operational scope of its soldiers. Furthermore, the IDF has organized drills for military personnel on the ground, involving both regular service members and reservists.

According to the statement, the fighters of the IDF’s 188th Brigade are currently deployed near the Gaza Strip border. The unit commander indicated that the soldiers are ready to execute their assigned combat missions and ensure the safety of the population.
