VIDEO: Armenia Seeks to Diversify Defense Partners for Arms Acquisition, Says Khandanyan

The Armenian government is implementing significant reforms in defense issues and the armed forces, according to a strategy whose results can be made visible to a certain extent. This was stated today, October 18, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly by the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Sarkis Khandanyan.

“Regarding the reforms in external cooperation of the armed forces and ensuring defense security, Armenia is trying to diversify its partners. This, in particular, refers to arms acquisition,” he noted.
