The head coach of the Armenian national football team, Ukrainian Alexander Petrakov, stated at a pre-match press conference ahead of the friendly match against North Macedonia: "I hope our guys will show a good, fighting game tomorrow. I trust they understand the importance of the match on November 18."

"We have watched many matches involving the North Macedonian team. They are currently progressing, with players performing in very good clubs and having an excellent attacking line. They are a strong European team that showcases high-quality football," added Petrakov.
