Israel Warns UN of Need to Relocate 1.1 Million Residents of Gaza Strip

The Israeli army has instructed approximately 1.1 million Palestinians near the Gaza Strip to move to the southern part of the enclave. UN Secretary-General spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric stated that the UN deems it impossible for such relocations to occur without catastrophic humanitarian consequences.

Dujarric emphasized that the UN is calling for the cancellation of this order to prevent a potential tragedy. He clarified that the Israeli military's order also affects all UN personnel and those who have sought refuge in the organization's facilities, including schools, medical centers, and clinics.
