The meeting between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev has begun in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by Azerbaijani media.

“The primary issue is the situation surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh,” Putin emphasized at the start of the bilateral conversation with Aliyev.

Earlier, it was reported that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS.
