In London, increased police patrols have been implemented on the streets following the circulation of videos on social media showing people celebrating the Hamas attack on Israel.
“In certain areas of London, we have enhanced police patrols to ensure a visible police presence and to instill confidence in citizens that any crime motivated by hatred will be prevented,” the police stated.
