Garik Galeyan to Remain in Custody

The father of Mihitar Galeyan, who was killed in the 44-day war, Garik Galeyan will continue to remain in custody. “The Armenian Court of Appeals rejected our appeal. Garik Galeyan will continue to remain in custody,” wrote defense attorney Vahan Hovhannisyan.

It is noteworthy that Garik Galeyan was arrested. The lawyer stated that Galeyan is charged with possession of narcotics. He mentioned that his client does not accept the charges presented and considers it a political persecution.
