Netanyahu Announces Completion of First Phase of 'Iron Swords' Operation

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced the completion of the first phase of the 'Iron Swords' operation, in response to an attack from the Gaza Strip and the destruction of a majority of enemy forces.

"The first phase is concluding with the overwhelming majority of enemy forces that infiltrated our territory being neutralized," Netanyahu wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) microblog.

He also stated that the attack will continue "without pause" until Israeli forces achieve their set objectives.

Earlier, we reported that the Israeli army officially announced the launch of the 'Iron Swords' operation in the Gaza Strip.
