Death Toll from Hamas and Israel Exceeds 430 as Over 150 Rockets Fired Towards Tel Aviv

According to The Times of Israel, more than 200 people have died and at least 1,100 have been injured following the attack by the Palestinian Hamas group in Israel. Al Jazeera reports that 232 Palestinians have been killed, with an additional 1,697 injured.

At least seven individuals were injured in Tel Aviv and its surrounding areas due to the recent rocket attacks. Israeli doctors have been recalled from vacation and asked to return from abroad, while those remaining in the country have been prohibited from traveling overseas.

Hamas has claimed to have fired 150 rockets towards Tel Aviv in response to the earlier daytime attack on a tower in Gaza. The Israel Defense Forces announced that they are targeting a number of Hamas facilities in the Gaza Strip.
