18-Year-Old Tigran Hovhannisyan from Artsakh Detained: Lawyer
In a session at the Shengavit District Court, Judge Artush Gabrielyan ordered the detainment of 18-year-old Tigran Hovhannisyan for one month. Hovhannisyan voluntarily presented himself to the investigator after learning he was under arrest. This was reported by his lawyer, Arsen Babayan.
“The only positive aspect is that visits with other individuals have not been restricted. Tigran has been transferred to the 'Nubarashen' penitentiary,” he noted.
