VIDEO: Explosions Rock Odesa Region, 9 Trucks Catch Fire
Explosions have occurred in the border and port infrastructure of the Izmail district in Ukraine's Odesa region, as reported by the regional military administration chief Oleg Kiper on Telegram.
Kiper noted that the explosions damaged the infrastructure and set fire to nine trucks. “The fire has been extinguished... The ferry service has been temporarily suspended,” Kiper wrote.
According to him, warnings about airstrikes in the region lasted for more than three hours.
The Russian armed forces began striking Ukraine's infrastructure on October 10, two days after a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge, which Russian authorities claim was carried out by Ukrainian special services. Attacks are being launched across the country on energy, defense industry, military command, and communication facilities. Since then, warnings about air strikes have been issued daily in various regions of Ukraine, sometimes affecting the entire country.
