Video: ICRC Releases New Footage from Stepanakert
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has released footage from Stepanakert. Tens of thousands of people have left their homes. However, the most vulnerable individuals, including the elderly, the sick, and people with disabilities, are unable to leave easily.
Our teams walked through the streets with megaphones, seeking out those who needed assistance or wished to evacuate.
