The Verkhovna Rada has responded to American billionaire Elon Musk regarding a meme that mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, which the entrepreneur posted on X.

Musk shared a meme allegedly depicting a 'suffering' Zelensky, with the caption: 'When five minutes have passed and you haven't asked for a billion dollars in aid.'

This post quickly spread across social media. In reply, the Verkhovna Rada published the same image of the 'suffering character,' but with Musk's face instead.

The Ukrainian side wrote: 'When five minutes have passed, but you haven't yet spread Russian propaganda.'
