What Awaits Military Personnel Forcefully Displaced from Artsakh

During a briefing with reporters at the National Assembly, Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan addressed the question of what awaits military personnel forcefully displaced from Artsakh, stating that it would be preferable for them to serve in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

“In this regard, we need to conduct a study, and for those servicemen who wish to join the Armed Forces of Armenia, we will do everything possible to provide them with that opportunity. We are waiting for those servicemen who wish to serve in the Ministry of Defense,” he noted.

The Deputy Minister also mentioned that the situation in the border areas of Armenia is relatively stable at this time.
