11 Remains Discovered During Search Operations, Emergency Services Report

Rescue teams found the remains of 4 servicemen killed during military operations and one civilian body during search operations conducted in the direction of Shoshi in the Askeran region today. This was reported by the State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh.

“The remains of 4 servicemen have been retrieved from the Charektar area, while 2 have been taken from the Jankatagh community. The remains have been transported to the Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination in Stepanakert,” the statement read.

In parallel with the search operations for servicemen and civilians listed as missing during military actions, rescue squads are also conducting searches at the scene of the tragic incident that occurred on September 25 at a fuel depot,” the report added.
