Lapshin Calls Fuel Tank Explosion a Planned Terrorist Act by Azerbaijan

The explosion of a fuel tank in Stepanakert was a planned act of terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan. This opinion was expressed by blogger Alexander Lapshin on his Telegram channel.

“Considering that the fuel in question comes from Azerbaijan's Socar (as reported in the news), the explosives were detonated by them. Fuel does not explode by itself; this is not Hollywood, but school physics. Given the recent killing of six Russian soldiers by Azerbaijanis (on the orders of the head of Azerbaijan's State Security Service, General Ali Nagiev), who witnessed the massacres of women, children, and the elderly in the Martakert region, this all fits into a scenario of genocide. The forced de-Christianization of Artsakh carried out by Muslim Azerbaijan is no different from the crimes of the Holocaust,” he stated.

“Knowing the mindset and habits of Azerbaijan's leadership, particularly that of the head of the State Security Service, Ali Nagiev, I believe they are currently planning the following: 1. The explosion of residential buildings in Stepanakert, which will be explained as careless handling of gas by Armenians (which does not exist). 2. Placing an explosive in one of the cars with refugees to detonate and injure civilians when the car gets stuck in Lachin. 3. Attacking their own positions and killing several of their soldiers to expedite entry into Stepanakert, in search of 'culprits.' In fact, this is for the purpose of looting and stealing personal belongings, jewelry, and money. Most of their soldiers come from the poorest rural families and live in complete poverty. It is not considered wrong to pass stolen Armenian jewelry to one’s mother in the village. 4. Rape and murder of elderly individuals left in their homes. It is essential to check all the apartments of solitary pensioners and evacuate them. We must understand that Azerbaijani soldiers are mostly uneducated individuals, many are unmarried, and do not have regular relationships. The possibility of raping an elderly lady without fear of punishment is a source of pride for them as 'men.' I am not trying to scare anyone; these are the plans of the Azerbaijanis. Do not allow them to be carried out. Vigilance and attention are crucial,” Lapshin concluded.
